A structured cohort program for understanding and regulating Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria — so you can respond instead of spiral

This is not about fixing you. It’s about understanding your emotional system and restoring self-trust through a guided, time-bound program

This is not about fixing you. It’s about understanding your emotional system and restoring self-trust.

When Emotional Reactions Take Over — Even When You Know Better

With Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, emotional reactions can feel sudden, overwhelming, and out of proportion — even when you logically understand what’s happening.

A comment. A tone. A delayed response. Feedback at work. A shift in someone’s energy.

What looks small on the outside can feel like a deep internal threat on the inside.

Many adults with RSD are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware — yet still find themselves pulled into emotional spirals, self-doubt, withdrawal, or over-responsibility.

This isn’t a character flaw.
It’s a nervous system and identity pattern.

The RSD Reset Program

A Structured Small-Group Experience for Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria

The RSD Reset is a guided cohort program for adults who experience intense emotional reactions to rejection, criticism, or perceived disapproval.

This is not open-ended coaching.

It is a structured, nervous-system and identity-based program designed to help you:

  • Understand your personal RSD pattern

  • Shorten emotional spirals

  • Regulate reactivity more effectively

  • Separate emotional activation from identity

  • Rebuild internal self-trust and steadiness

This program provides a clear framework, consistent support, and a contained learning environment so that you are not navigating these patterns alone.

Why a Group Program?

Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria is a relational nervous-system pattern. It often shows up in connection, feedback, and being seen by others.

A small cohort offers:

  • Normalization and reduced shame

  • Shared language for emotional experiences

  • Relational safety and mirroring

  • Less emotional intensity placed on one relationship

  • A clearer sense of “this is a pattern, not a personal flaw”

In this program, the structure and framework become the stabilizing force — supporting long-term self-trust and internal authority.

Program Overview

  • 8–10 week structured cohort

  • 6–10 participants

  • Weekly live group sessions (75–90 minutes)

  • Nervous-system and identity-based curriculum

  • Clear start and end date

  • Optional limited 1:1 support when appropriate

This is a learning and regulation environment — not crisis support or open-ended emotional processing.

This Is Not Symptom Management. It’s Pattern Change.

Most approaches focus on coping with emotional reactions. This program focuses on understanding and changing the underlying nervous-system and identity pattern.

RSD is not just a feeling problem.

It’s an internal system that affects:

  • How you interpret rejection

  • How quickly you go into threat or shame

  • How you relate to your own worth

  • How you make decisions under emotional pressure

This work helps you map and regulate that system — so your emotional reactions no longer define your identity, choices, or relationships.

What This Program Helps You Build

This program helps adults with Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria understand, regulate, and regain trust in their emotional and decision-making systems — so rejection no longer controls their identity, relationships, or life choices.

This is about restoring internal authority.

Within a structured small-group learning environment.

Not becoming less sensitive.

Not trying harder.

Not bypassing your emotional reality.

This Program Is For Adults Who…

Concrete Texture
  • Experience intense emotional reactions to rejection or criticism

  • Feel misunderstood or emotionally reactive in relationships or work

  • Have tried therapy, medication, or self-help but still feel stuck in emotional loops

  • Are high-functioning but emotionally exhausted

  • Want clarity, regulation, and self-trust — not just coping strategies

If you’re tired of managing reactions and ready to understand and change the pattern, this work may be a fit.

A Structured Program — Not Open-Ended Coaching

This is a time-bound, structured program designed to create real internal change.

The RSD Reset is offered as an 8–12 week guided small-group cohort experience that focuses on:

  • Understanding your personal RSD pattern

  • Learning how to regulate emotional activation

  • Separating identity from emotional flooding

  • Rebuilding internal authority and self-trust

  • Making clearer decisions under emotional stress

This is not about venting.
It’s about building a new internal operating system.

Why I Do This Work

I work with RSD because I understand how deeply it can affect identity, relationships, and self-trust — especially for people who think deeply, care deeply, and hold themselves to high standards.

My background in healthcare and coaching informs a grounded, nervous-system-aware approach. This allows me to combine structure, emotional understanding, and practical tools into a clear, repeatable framework.

My goal is not to correct you, but to help you understand yourself clearly and build tools that support lasting internal change.

What Participants Gain

This program does not promise to eliminate RSD.

It helps you:

  • Understand why your reactions happen

  • Regulate before spiraling

  • Develop language for your internal experience

  • Separate emotional activation from truth

  • Reduce shame and self-blame

  • Rebuild confidence in your ability to navigate rejection

By the end of the program, participants have a clear internal map of their emotional system, practical regulation tools, and restored confidence in their ability to stay grounded under emotional pressure.

This is a simple conversation — not a commitment.

Rajesh’s approach is holistic — no two treatments are the same, and I felt seen, supported, and actually hopeful."
- Katie R.
“After two herniated discs, an annular tear, and multiple hospitals and specialists, I finally found relief with Rajesh. His ‘whole health’ approach is unlike anything else — he listens, adapts, and partners with you to heal. If you're tired of cookie-cutter PT, this is where you need to be.”
- Paula C.
“I had persistent leg pain for over 4 months. After just 1 session, I felt significant relief — I was shocked! Now, my leg is completely pain-free. If I ever need PT again, I’m absolutely going back.”
